Employee Policy and Handbook Development
When properly designed and implemented, an employee handbook/policy manual can be an employer's most useful human resource tool as well as protection against litigation. Human Resource Audit
Sigma can deploy a comprehensive audit that will assess your current Human Resource functions and processes to evaluate compliance, strengths and improvement opportunities. You will be provided a clear report of what policies need to be developed by law or best practice, what processes should be created to support HR services, and areas of HR development that will add value to your organization.
Your Human Resources functions will be evaluated using the following four-step process:
- Step 1 - Definition
Define legal requirements, traditional HR responsibilities, and Hospital initiatives imposed on the department.
- Step 2 - Assessment
Assess each of the above-defined activities, seeking concrete evidence to support or refute each (such as policies, surveys, data collection, benchmarking, statistics, etc.)
- Step 3 - Analysis
